Travel with the Cyclones
The Gridiron Club is heading southwest to support Cyclone Football at the Iowa State-Arizona football game and we’d love you to join us!
Registration Deadlines
To secure a package with a game ticket, please complete your registration by 9:00 PM CT Sunday, May 31st. All other registrations (those not needing a game ticket) should be completed by 9:00 PM Saturday, June 6th.
Our package runs from October 23 through 25th and includes:
- Southwest Airlines Flights:
- Des Moines through Denver to Tucson: Friday, October 23rd; 1:50 PM – 6:10 PM
- Tucson through Denver to Des Moines: Sunday, October 25th; 7:10 AM – 3:00PM
- Bus from the Tucson International Airport to the University Park Marriott Hotel (a 15-minute walk from Arizona’s Casino Del Sol Stadium)
- Friday Traveler welcome reception
- Optional game ticket
The gameday tailgate activities are still to be determined.
Land Only
For those who do not need the flight to Tucson, we also offer a hotel stay only, which also includes the Friday welcome reception.

Note that for the double occupancy travel packages, you only need to select one package that covers both people. We will need information for both travelers taking the flight. For all packages, the game ticket is an add-on item on the form. If you already have your game ticket through Iowa State, you do not need to add that to your package.
